Is the coffee for filter or espresso?

All coffee will be mainly filter coffee in mind, as that's the main way we coffee is brewed in Japan. For Kurasu roasts, we do test out all of our coffee through our espresso machine, so that everyone is able to enjoy.

What is the shipping schedule?

We cut off payments on the 15th, (the 20th is the date for new subscribers to cut off), then place an order to the roasters around the 21st, and then they roast the beans for the subscription members, so we usually ship the freshly roasted beans arou

I am charged the shipping fees, why?

If you purchase a subscription and other items at the same time, shipping fees for non-subscription items are charged. Only the shipping fee for the subscription is included. This is why the shipping fees are displayed when you complete the order.

I live on the other side of the world, will my coffee arrive safely?

We carefully work with our partner couriers to ensure the most effective way to reaching to your destination. Tracking and insurance is included, just in case anything goes wrong, you'll get a full refund or credit to your next round, or send you ano

Why am I being asked to pay a tax by customs?

The shipping cost is included in the price of your order. However, any applicable taxes or duties are not included. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery by the customs authorities.

Can I skip my subscription account for the next delivery?

Yes, if you want to pause for the upcoming delivery, let us know as soon as possible and in advance. At the latest, please give us 2 business days before the charge date on the 15th. The account will restart from the next subscription, or whenever yo

How do I change my shipping/ mailing address?

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan. Please let us know as soon as possible and in advance. Ideally, please make any updates 2 days before the charge date on the 15th if you wish to change any details of your plan, address, etc. If you make changes after t

I placed my order by accident, can I cancel it?

My tracking number is inactive.

After the package is prepared by Kurasu and handed over to the shipping company, it may take 3 - 4 days for the tracking to become active. If the tracking status has not been updated for more than 5 days, please contact us.

If I purchase multiple subscriptions, how many types of coffee beans will I receive?

Our subscription includes only four types of beans: two from our Kurasu roasters and two from our partner roasters. If you purchase more than one subscription plan, you will receive multiple bags of the same two types of beans. No additional varietie
