If your order is returned to us due to an exceeded storage period or absence, you may choose either reshipment or cancellation. In the case of reshipment, the shipping fee will be your responsibility—even for free shipping or subscription orders.
If you cancel your order, we will refund the price of non-coffee items in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please note that the original shipping and return fees will not be refunded.
